im scared i think im being watched or followed or maybe im just paranoid there's always someone or something in my peripheral and central view i cant tell the differenec between reality and my dream world, everything is clashing, its like i have one foot between 2 worlds and i hate it

idk maybe im part of the whole expierment, i dont wanna be.... i dont think i can leave. this might be my turning point in another downward spiral

lately i've been waking up with cuts on my thighs so i decided to sleep surrounded by knives, pocket knives, hunting knives, etc. until one night i vividly rememeber grabbing a knife and cutting my leg. who was doing it before i was though?

im terrified i think, im going insane. why do i find comfort in this
